Custom orthotics in Dublin — 3D-printed in our own lab
Most podiatry clinics outsource orthotic manufacture to a third-party lab. We don't. Lower Limb Dublin's custom orthotics are designed and manufactured at our own facility — Réalta Labs in Co. Down — using Formlabs SLS printing.
±0.1mm dimensional precision. PA11 bio-based nylon. 100% solar-powered production. Book your orthotic assessment at 188 Clontarf Road, Dublin 3.

Direct clinical control, not a third-party handoff
When orthotics are manufactured by a third-party lab, the clinical feedback loop is broken. The clinician designs the prescription, the lab interprets it, the patient gets a product that may or may not match the original intent — and if it doesn't fit, the corrective cycle takes weeks.
Because Réalta Labs is our own facility, every step from foot scan to delivered product is under direct clinical control. Faster turnaround. Tighter prescription accuracy. And when an adjustment is needed, it's same-week, not same-month.
The materials matter too. PA11 bio-based nylon is derived from renewable castor oil — a real sustainability angle, not a greenwashed claim. The print facility runs on 100% solar.
