1. Our services
Lower Limb Dublin provides specialist podiatry, sports medicine and musculoskeletal assessment services from 188 Clontarf Road, Clontarf East, Dublin 3. Our services are delivered by HCPC-registered healthcare professionals.
2. Appointments and booking
- Appointments are booked via our online booking system (Cliniko). A booking confirmation will be sent to your email address.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or the need to rebook.
- We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or non-attendance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Payment
- Appointment fees are payable at the time of the appointment. We accept cash, credit card and debit card.
- Prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) and include Irish VAT where applicable.
- Custom orthotics are prescribed and charged separately from the orthotic assessment fee.
- We are a self-pay clinic. We do not currently bill health insurance directly, but we can provide receipts for you to submit to your insurer.
4. Clinical responsibility
Our clinical assessments and recommendations are based on professional judgement and the information available at the time of assessment. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Treatment recommendations are made in good faith based on current evidence and clinical findings.
If you have a medical emergency, call 999 or 112. Lower Limb Dublin is not an emergency service.
5. Custom orthotics
- Custom orthotics are manufactured to a clinical prescription prepared at your assessment. They are not returnable once manufactured unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- A fitting review appointment is recommended once you receive your orthotics. Minor adjustments are included within the first 30 days.

7. Complaints
We take concerns seriously. If you have a complaint about your care or our service, please contact us in the first instance at dublin@lower-limb.ie. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 20 working days.
HCPC-registered practitioners are bound by the HCPC Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics. If you wish to raise a concern about a registered practitioner, you can contact the HCPC directly.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
