Engineering precision, applied to human movement
We treat the cause, not just the symptoms. This means investing in the diagnostic tools that provide certainty — MSK ultrasound, pressure-plate gait analysis, 3D scanning — rather than relying on clinical assumption alone.
The 3D-printed orthotics we manufacture at Réalta Labs are a direct expression of this philosophy. Where traditional orthotics labs work from foam impressions or plaster casts, we work from clinical 3D scan data — with ±0.1mm dimensional precision from a Formlabs SLS printer. The result is an orthotic that fits the prescription exactly, not approximately.
Dublin is a satellite of the established Lower Limb Clinic in Belfast, which has operated since 2011. The same clinical standards, the same orthotics lab, the same practitioners — brought to Clontarf.
